Alijah Vera-Tucker — Injured Reserve
Vera-Tucker suffered a hamstring injury in the team's Week 6 win over the Jets, and he will now be forced to miss at least four contests while recovering. In his absence, Walter Rouse will take over as the team's starting left tackle Thursday night versus the Bears.
Behren Morton — Out
This has become the routine for Morton, who has worked as the Patriots' emergency third quarterback every week so far this season. The role has yet to land the rookie QB any game reps, and he'll be eligible to enter Thursday's contest only if both quarterbacks ahead of him (Drake Maye and Tommy DeVito) are forced to exit due to injury, illness or ejection.

Channing Canada — Out
Canada, Carlton Davis (neck) and Karon Prunty (hamstring) will all be sidelined for Thursday night's contest, which leaves Christian Gonzalez and Charles Woods as the starters at outside cornerback while Kindle Vildor and Elliott Davison provide depth. It will be the fourth consecutive game that Canada will miss due to a hamstring injury, and his next chance to return is Week 8 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Karon Prunty — Out
Prunty will be sidelined for a third-straight game due to a hamstring injury that he picked up during the Patriots' Week 4 win over the Bills. With Carlton Davis (neck) and Channing Canada (hamstring) also ruled out, Charles Woods and Christian Gonzalez will serve as the Patriots' starting outside cornerbacks for Thursday night's game while Elliott Davison and Kindle Vildor provide depth at the position. Prunty's next chance to play is Week 8 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Ben Brown — Out
Brown injured his knee during the fourth quarter of Sunday's 26-19 win over the Jets. He was held out of all three practices during Week 7 prep, and with both Brown and Alijah Vera-Tucker (hamstring) sidelined Thursday, the Patriots will likely turn to Matt Pryor and Walter Rouse to serve as the starting guards against Chicago. Brown will aim to recover enough to return for Week 8 against Miami on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Alijah Vera-Tucker — Injured Reserve
Vera-Tucker suffered a hamstring injury during the Patriots' 26-19 win over the Jets on Sunday. He was unable to practice during the Patriots' short week, and, in his absence, Walter Rouse likely will take over as the starting left guard for New England. Vera-Tucker's next opportunity to play is Week 8 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Carlton Davis III — Out
Davis did not participate in Monday's practice but ended the Patriots' short Week 7 prep with back-to-back limited sessions. Despite the upgrade in practice participation, the cornerback is not quite ready to return to the field and will miss his third consecutive game with a neck injury. Charles Woods should once again start opposite Christian Gonzalez at outside cornerback.

Marcus Bryant — Injured Reserve
Bryant has opened the week with back-to-back full sessions with the Patriots, and he may be trending toward a return to action in the near future. The offensive lineman has missed the entirety of the 2026 campaign to this point after picking up an ankle injury during the preseason, but the team opened his 21-day practice window Wednesday. With New England traveling to face the Bears on Thursday, Bryant may not be ready to go in advance of Week 7, but Wednesday's injury report will provide more clarity toward his status.
Carlton Davis III — Out
Davis has missed the Patriots' last two games due to a neck injury, but it was a promising sign to see him on the field for Tuesday's practice, even in a limited capacity. The Patriots will announce injury designations following Wednesday's practice, at which point Davis' status for Thursday's game against the Bears will be clearer. If he's not cleared to return, then Charles Woods likely will remain the Patriots' second starting outside cornerback opposite Christian Gonzalez.
Romeo Doubs — Injured Reserve
With Doubs already on injured reserve, this report offers a more encouraging timeline after Sunday's shoulder injury. He'll still need to miss at least four games, but a possible return after the bye would keep the Patriots from being without one of their key wide receivers for an extended stretch. Efton Chism and Kyle Williams will be in line for increased snaps alongside A.J. Brown and slot man DeMario Douglas with Doubs sidelined.
