Injury & Status History
A running log of this player's status changes — each entry links to the original source.
DeMario Douglas — Active
Douglas played 35 of the Patriots' 54 offensive snaps in the contest and did not find the end zone. The wide receiver had logged three touchdowns in the prior two contests but has now returned to a role with lower priority as A.J. Brown becomes reacquainted with the offense.
DeMario Douglas — Active
A.J. Brown returned to the lineup from his ankle injury and led the team with 10 targets, but he dropped multiple passes and finished with a 3-27-0 receiving line. After Romeo Doubs left with a shoulder injury early in the first half following a long touchdown grab, Douglas stepped into an increased offensive role. He ran 26 routes on Drake Maye's 35 dropbacks, and Douglas caught a nine-yard touchdown in the second quarter. He's posted back-to-back big box scores after logging 4-65-2 receiving last Sunday against Las Vegas. The Patriots' slot man doesn't have a big fantasy ceiling but looks like a passable WR4 during bye-week crunches headed into Thursday night's game against the Bears.
DeMario Douglas — Active
The fourth-year wideout put together the first two-TD game of his career, connecting with Drake Maye for a 35-yard strike in the first quarter and an eight-yard toss in the fourth to bookend the Patriots' offensive eruption. The scores were Douglas' first of 2026, and through five games he's produced an otherwise modest 13-147-2 line on 22 targets. With Maye regaining his swagger and New England's WR room depleted by injuries, however, there could be more big performances coming for Douglas. He'll carry plenty of momentum into a Week 6 clash with the Jets.
DeMario Douglas — Active
Douglas didn't really make much of a splash in Week 4, but he was able to reel in multiple passes for the first time since Week 1. The wide receiver could step into a more prominent role beginning in Week 5 against the Raiders after Mack Hollins suffered a calf injury in Sunday's victory. Through four contests this season, Douglas has caught nine of 17 targets for 82 yards.
DeMario Douglas — Active
Douglas played 60 percent of the Patriots' offensive snaps in the loss. The sole ball the wide receiver was able to haul in went for a 38-yard gain, marking quarterback Drake Maye's longest pass of the afternoon. Douglas continues to be a threat out of the slot for a struggling Patriots offense.
