Recent official rulings
Adam Randall — Injured Reserve
Randall was a full participant in his return to practice. The Ravens placed the running back on IR in late August with an undisclosed injury, which has now been revealed to be a neck issue. Randall's instant jump to full participation means the fifth-round rookie could be ready to suit up as soon as Sunday's game against the Bills.

Broderick Washington Jr. — Out
Washington is set to miss a second consecutive game due to an ankle injury. He was a limited practice participant in Week 7 prep, so he could be available to return for Week 8 against the Bills on Sunday, Nov. 1. Aeneas Peebles and John Jenkins are both in line for more defensive snaps in Washington's absence.
Elijah Sarratt — Out
Sarratt will be sidelined for six of the Ravens' first seven games of the regular season. His next chance to play is Week 8 against the Bills on Nov. 1, but it looks like the rookie fourth-rounder won't have a role in the offense unless another receiver misses time.
Jaylinn Hawkins — Out

Andrew Vorhees — Out

Lamar Jackson — Out
Tyler Huntley will start a third consecutive game while Jackson remains sidelined due to a left ankle sprain. Though Jackson has taken longer than initially anticipated to make a full recovery from the injury, he took some clear steps forward in Week 7 by practicing as a limited participant Wednesday through Friday. So long as Jackson can maintain that level of activity or upgrade to full at any point during Week 8 prep, he should get the green light to return to the lineup in Buffalo.
Tavius Robinson — Injured Reserve
Robinson suffered a season-ending pectoral injury during the Ravens' Week 6 loss to the Browns. The outside linebacker will spend the rest of 2026 on IR, allowing the Ravens to carry more depth on the offensive line. The team signed offensive guard Kyle Hergel from the practice squad to the active roster in a corresponding move.
Lamar Jackson — Out
Jackson drew the questionable tag for Sunday's AFC North tilt after being a limited practice participant all week, but the superstar quarterback will end up missing a third consecutive game due to a high-ankle sprain. As a result, Tyler Huntley will once again start under center for the Ravens, and Jackson's next opportunity to play is Week 8 against the Bills on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Jaylinn Hawkins — Out
Hawkins popped up on Wednesday's practice report as a limited participant due to a knee injury, which prevented him from practicing each of the next two days. He won't play Sunday, and head coach Jesse Minter suggested Friday that Hawkins could be sidelined beyond Week 7. In Hawkins' absence, K'Von Wallace and Keondre Jackson figure to be the top candidates to start alongside Malaki Starks at safety.
Tavius Robinson — Injured Reserve
Robinson was held out of practice all week, indicating that he may have picked up the injury during Baltimore's Week 6 loss to the Browns. The Ravens will likely place Robinson on injured reserve in the coming days in order to open up a spot on the 53-man roster, which they may fill with another edge rusher. The 2023 fourth-rounder is in the final year of his rookie contract and will be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason. He'll end the year with 18 tackles (nine solo), including 3.5 sacks, two pass defenses and one forced fumble over six regular-season games, and in his absence, the Ravens will rely more heavily on Zion Young, Ethan Burke and Mike Green.
Lamar Jackson — Out
The Ravens listed Jackson as a limited participant all week, with the QB telling reporters Friday that he's "heading in the right direction," per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. Jackson clarified that his injury is a high-ankle sprain, and while the swelling has subsided, he's still dealing with considerable pain that may limit his mobility. He suggested that a decision won't be made until Saturday or Sunday, at which point the Ravens may try to keep it under wraps until inactive lists are released at 11:30 a.m. ET on Sunday. If Jackson is out again, Tyler Huntley will make his third straight start.
Jaylinn Hawkins — Out
Hawkins popped up on the Ravens' injury report with a knee issue Wednesday, and he's now trending in the wrong direction ahead of a Week 7 matchup versus the Bengals. He'll likely have to return to practice in some capacity Friday to have a realistic chance of playing Sunday.
Tavius Robinson — Out
Robinson has now sat out practice for two straight days because of a pec issue, and his availability for Week 7 is in question. Unless he's able to practice in some capacity Friday, it's unlikely he'll play Sunday versus the Bengals.
T.J. Tampa — Injured Reserve
Tampa was placed on IR in mid-September due to what was diagnosed at the time as a knee injury, but Wednesday's practice report listed ankle and toe injuries for the third-year defensive back. He was a limited participant in his return, and he'll need to be activated from IR in order to be available for Sunday's AFC North tilt against the Bengals. Tampa's return would give the Ravens extra depth in the secondary and another contributor on special teams.
Lamar Jackson — Out
Since spraining his left ankle in an Oct. 4 win over the Titans, Jackson hasn't practiced in any fashion and has been inactive for both of the Ravens' ensuing games. Though Jackson hasn't taken any steps forward in terms of practice activity, Minter noted that the two-time NFL MVP is making progress in his recovery from the ankle injury. The Ravens will hold their first Week 7 practice Wednesday, and if Jackson is on the field in some capacity, it would be a good sign for his chances of returning to action Sunday versus the Bengals.
