Avieon Terrell — Out
Terrell was already listed as questionable due to a back injury, but he also picked up an illness Saturday, and the combination of ailments are enough for him to miss his first game of the season. A.J. Terrell was activated from injured reserve and figures to start at outside cornerback opposite Mike Hughes, with C.J. Henderson, Mike Ford and Robert Longerbeam all providing depth in the secondary.
Jack Strand — Out
Strand is the emergency third option behind Michael Penix and Tua Tagovailoa, while Andy Dalton (coach's decision) is a healthy scratch as he continues to learn the Falcons' offense. Strand will only enter Sunday's game against the 49ers if both Penix and Tagovailoa cannot continue due to injury, illness or ejection.
Andy Dalton — Out
Dalton is a healthy scratch for Sunday's contest as he continues to ramp up his participation in the Falcons' offense. The quarterback joined the team after being cut by the Eagles on Oct. 9. Jack Strand (coach's decision) will be the inactive QB behind Michael Penix and Tua Tagovailoa for Week 7 against the 49ers.
Olamide Zaccheaus — Out
Zaccheaus battled a shoulder injury throughout Week 7 prep, logging limited practice participation in all three sessions. The wide receiver ultimately lost the battle and will need additional time to recover from the injury, leaving Zachariah Branch as the Falcons' No. 3 wide receiver for Sunday's contest against the 49ers.

Avieon Terrell — Out
Terrell is still listed as questionable, but he now has to overcome an illness as well as a back injury in order to be available for Sunday's home contest. His potential absence would mean less depth in the secondary for the Falcons, although the team got reinforcements thanks to the activation of A.J. Terrell (groin) from injured reserve.
Michael Jerrell — Injured Reserve
Jerrell was already ruled out for Sunday's game against the 49ers due to a biceps injury. He's now required to miss at least four games, so the next time he's eligible to play is Week 12 against the Vikings on Sunday, Nov. 29. Jerrell's absence leaves the Falcons with less depth on the offensive line.
Beaux Collins — Injured Reserve
Collins was looking to make his 2026 debut in Week 7 but has not recovered enough from his hip injury to suit up. The wide receiver must be activated from IR by Nov. 12, or he will spend the entirety of the 2026 season confined to the list.

Michael Jerrell — Out
Jerrell didn't practice Thursday or Friday due to a biceps injury, which is severe enough for him to miss Sunday's game. The Falcons will have less depth on the offensive line because of the absence of Jerrell, whose next chance to play is Week 8 against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Billy Bowman Jr. — Out
Bowman was removed from the Falcons' Week 6 loss against the Bears and did not return due to a hamstring injury, which also prevented him from practicing during Week 7 prep. His absence means Sydney Brown should see an uptick in defensive snaps during Sunday's contest, and Bowman's next chance to play is Week 8 against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Nov. 1.
