Kendal Daniels — Active

That Daniels was even on the field Sunday was a victory in itself after he was carted off the field and transported to the hospital due to a neck injury one week prior. The talented rookie not only suited up against San Francisco, he was a central part of sending the 49ers to their first loss, as he led Atlanta in tackles and essentially sealed the win in the fourth quarter by intercepting Brock Purdy with less than three minutes remaining and then recovering a George Kittle fumble with less than a minute left. The memorable effort included Daniels' first career interception, first career recovered fumble and career-high single-game tackle tally.

Kendal Daniels — Questionable

Daniels suffered a scary neck injury in Week 6 against the Bears, when he was stretchered off the field and transported to a local hospital. He was cleared to practice in Week 7 prep and ended up finishing with a FP-LP-FP log. Daniels is understandably not in the clear just yet, but he could be given the green light by medical staff once he goes through pregame warmups Sunday.

Daniels spent a night in the hospital after being carted off the field in the third quarter of the Falcons' Week 6 loss to the Bears. The linebacker has improved greatly since the collision and is already back to full participation in practice. If Daniels can continue to string full practices together, he should have no problem suiting up for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

Kendal Daniels — Questionable

The rookie linebacker will likely remain in the hospital overnight to receive further evaluation after exiting Sunday's game following a helmet-to-knee collision with the Bears' Colston Loveland. Daniels has recorded 29 tackles, a sack and a pass breakup through Atlanta's first six contests.
