Cam Taylor-Britt — Injured Reserve
Taylor-Britt suffered the injury on the first play of the fourth quarter of Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Vikings. It's another blow to the Colts' secondary, given that the team was without Sauce Gardner (calf) during Sunday's game, and fellow defensive back Justin Walley sustained a knee injury during the contest. Taylor-Britt will be required to miss at least the next four games, so the earliest he can return is Week 12 against the Giants on Sunday, Nov. 29. Kenneth Harris and Kapena Gushiken are both in line for more defensive snaps in the absence of Taylor-Britt.

Alec Pierce — Injured Reserve
A couple weeks ago, Pierce shed the cast that he had been wearing to protect his surgically repaired left heel, but the wideout looks like he'll remain limited to rehab work for at least another week before potentially making his return to practice. In Pierce's continued absence, the Colts will lean on Josh Downs, Keenan Allen and Laquon Treadwell to serve as their primary receiver trio, though none of the three have been consistent fantasy producers while quarterback Daniel Jones (4:7 TD:INT, 5.8 yards per attempt) has struggled mightily through the first seven weeks of the season.

Bryce Boettcher — Out
Boettcher strung together a DNP-FP-DNP practice log during Week 7 prep due to a groin injury, but he has not been cleared by medical staff to play Sunday. Germaine Pratt, Austin Ajiake and Tahj Chambers are all in line for more defensive snaps in the absence of Boettcher, whose next chance to play is Week 8 against the Jaguars on Nov. 1.
Riley Leonard — Out
Leonard will continue to serve as the team's emergency QB3, and as such, he is prohibited from playing Sunday unless both Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson are removed from the game due to injury, illness or ejection.
Sauce Gardner — Out
The decision doesn't come as much of a surprise, given that Gardner is considered week-to-week due to a calf injury that he picked up during the Colts' Week 6 loss to the Titans. Cam Taylor-Britt will likely start opposite Charvarius Ward at outside cornerback in the absence of Gardner, whose next chance to play is Week 8 against the Jaguars on Nov. 1.
