Sources: Bears acquire All-Pro DT Jeffery Simmons in trade with Titans
The Bears are acquiring All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons from the Titans, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Calvin Ridley — Out

Nicholas Singleton — Out
Despite the fact that Tyjae Spears (knee) is inactive, Singleton will be a healthy scratch for Sunday's contest. It will be the rookie fifth-rounder's third missed game in a row, and his next opportunity to play is Week 8 against the Bengals on Nov. 1. Tony Pollard will operate as the Titans' lead back for Week 7 while Julius Chestnut, Michael Carter and Kalel Mullings provide depth.
Calvin Ridley — Out
Ridley opened Week 7 prep with a limited session Wednesday due to a hip injury, but he followed it up with back-to-back DNPs, leaving him questionable ahead of the weekend. With inactive status confirmed Sunday, Ridley will cede his role to some combination of Wan'Dale Robinson, Elic Ayomanor, Chimere Dike and K.J. Osborn behind top WR Carnell Tate. Ridley's next chance for game action is Sunday, Nov. 1, at Cincinnati.
Tyjae Spears — Out
Beginning during Week 3 prep, Spears has experienced practice restrictions most weeks due to first an ankle injury and currently a knee issue. He's been able to suit up for each of the last four games but has played second fiddle to Tony Pollard out of the Titans backfield, turning eight carries and 11 catches (on as many targets) into 47 yards from scrimmage. Now that Spears is confirmed to be unavailable, though, the active RBs behind Pollard on Sunday are Julius Chestnut, Michael Carter and Kalel Mullings.

Dorian Mausi — Injured Reserve
Tennessee placed Mausi on injured reserve at the conclusion of the preseason due to a previously unspecified injury, but the team's first Week 7 injury report revealed that he's been working his way back from a foot issue. Mausi was able to turn in a full practice Wednesday, potentially giving him a shot at playing as soon as this Sunday versus the Browns if the Titans are willing to bring him back from IR.

Kylen Granson — Out
Granson remains a healthy scratch, destined to play only when the Titans require additional depth at tight end. The team will once again roll with Gunnar Helm, Daniel Bellinger and David Martin-Robinson as the three active tight ends.
Nicholas Singleton — Out
Singleton will be a healthy scratch for consecutive weeks after logging just three carries in the Titans' Week 4 loss to the Ravens. The fifth-round rookie appears destined to take a backseat for the remainder of the 2026 season.
Alontae Taylor — Out
Signed a three-year, $58 million contract back in March, Taylor hasn't performed up to the standards of a No. 1 cornerback in Tennessee. Though he's tallied 25 tackles and a sack through five games, he hasn't recorded a pass breakup and has ranked 102nd out of Pro Football Focus' 104 qualified cornerbacks in coverage with a grade of 29.8. The Titans have chosen to hold out Taylor for Week 6 in light of his struggles, but it's unclear if he'll be in line for a one-game benching or a more extended stint on the sideline.
