Recent official rulings
Dylan Cardwell — Out
Cardwell is progressing well in his recovery from a calf strain. Precious Achiuwa should remain worth streaming in all fantasy leagues for the banged-up Kings in the meantime.
Maxime Raynaud — Out
Raynaud's absence is expected to extend into mid-November due to a right patellar subluxation. With Dylan Cardwell (calf) set to miss at least one more week, Precious Achiuwa, Jonathan Mogbo and De'Andre Hunter are candidates for increased minutes in the frontcourt.
Keegan Murray — Out
Murray has officially been diagnosed with left ankle capsulitis, and he's set to miss at least the next 10 days. Precious Achiuwa has been starting in Murray's absence, and he should continue to see opportunities along with De'Andre Hunter and Daeqwon Plowden.
Keegan Murray — Out
With Murray unavailable, Precious Achiuwa could get the start and De'Andre Hunter could get a bump in minutes. There will also be more opportunity for Daeqwon Plowden. Murray's next chance to play will come Tuesday in San Antonio.

Malik Monk — Out
Monk was initially listed as questionable. However, after being downgraded to doubtful, the veteran has officially been ruled out for the opener. With Monk unavailable, Nique Clifford, Emanuel Sharp and Daeqwon Plowden could each receive a few extra minutes.
Ben Simmons — Out
Simmons had a quality preseason, averaging 10.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists over 17.4 minutes per contest (two games). The 30-year-old was on track to suit up for the Kings on opening night, though those plans were halted after he suffered a torn Achilles tendon during practice. Now, Simmons will focus on rehab. However, it's unknown what the future holds regarding his career in the NBA.
Ben Simmons — Out
Simmons was seemingly poised for a comeback campaign after being out of the league following the 2024-25 season, but his return will be delayed due to a suspected Achilles tear suffered during practice. A heartbreaking development for the 30-year-old pro, who was performing at a high level throughout the preseason and expected to start on Opening Night. His injury figures to impact the Kings' offensive plan, likely resulting in more ball-handling responsibilities for rookie Darius Acuff.
Dylan Cardwell — Out
Cardwell appeared in 44 games last season, providing frontcourt depth while Domantas Sabonis dealt with injuries. Sacramento will also be without Maxime Raynaud (knee) to begin the campaign, leaving the team thin at center behind Sabonis. Cardwell's return timetable remains uncertain, but his absence could create additional opportunities for the Kings' remaining frontcourt reserves.
Maxime Raynaud — Out
Raynaud is recovering from a right patellar subluxation and appears set to begin the campaign on the sidelines. The young center appeared in 74 games last season, helping anchor Sacramento's frontcourt while Domantas Sabonis battled injuries. With Dylan Cardwell also sidelined, the Kings will be especially dependent on Sabonis until their reserve centers return.
Dylan Cardwell — Out
Sacramento's frontcourt takes another blow after losing Maxime Raynaud (knee) for several weeks over the weekend. The Kings figure to depend heavily upon Domantas Sabonis at center to open the season, while Precious Achiuwa should play a featured role off the bench to help pick up the slack.
Maxime Raynaud — Out
Raynaud was taken back to the locker room in a wheelchair during Saturday's preseason loss to the Warriors, though he's seemingly avoided a serious injury. The big man will still begin the regular season on the inactive list, leaving additional minutes available for the likes of Precious Achiuwa and Dylan Cardwell (rest).
