Jalen Williams — Out
Williams suffered the injury during Sunday's meeting with the Clippers and was taken off the court on a stretcher. It's unknown when the 25-year-old will be cleared to return, though the Thunder will presumably be overly cautious moving forward. Williams, who signed a five-year extension in July of 2025, has had a productive career, averaging 17.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.3 steals over 30.9 minutes per contest. However, after playing at least 69 regular-season games in his first three years in the league, he has appeared in just 36 in the last two seasons combined. With the Thunder having one of the deepest rosters in the NBA, the team may look for more minutes from Jared McCain, Jaylin Williams, and Kenrich Williams for the remainder of the 2026-27 campaign.
Alex Caruso — Out
With Caruso already ruled out for Wednesday's game in Dallas due to an ankle sprain, it sounds like the veteran forward could remain sidelined beyond a one-game absence. That would leave Oklahoma City without one of its key rotation wings for at least the near term, which could force Jared McCain into a big role for the banged-up Thunder.
Thomas Sorber — Out
Sorber is still without a firm timetable for a return to game action. He can be considered week-to-week until the Thunder provide an update on his progress.
Chet Holmgren — Out
Holmgren will miss a second consecutive contest due to right knee patellar tendinitis. With the big man and several other key pieces on the inactive list, Kenrich Williams, Jaylin Williams and Brooks Barnhizer are candidates for increased minutes in the frontcourt.
Nikola Topic — Out
Topic has yet to play this season, and per standard Thunder protocol, Oklahoma City has not released any updates on where he is in his rehab. He should be viewed as week-to-week moving forward.
Alex Caruso — Out
Kenrich Williams and Bennett Stirtz should see a boost with Caruso on the inactive list for Wednesday's game. Caruso's next chance to play will come Saturday in Houston.
Jalen Williams — Out
Williams suffered the gruesome injury during Sunday's matchup against the Clippers and needed to be stretched off the court after a drive to the rim. He's expected to miss a significant chunk of the 2026-27 season while recovering, but the Thunder should have a better idea of a timeline for his return following surgery.
Cason Wallace — Out
Although Wallace's return timetable has yet to be determined, Charania notes the guard is expected miss most of, if not all, of the rest of the season. It's been a brutal day for the Thunder, who also lost Jalen Williams (ankle) on Monday and will need Ajay Mitchell, Jared McCain and Alex Caruso each to step up for the remainder of the year.
Nikola Topic — Out
There was an error on the Thunder's initial injury report, so both Thomas Sorber (knee) and Topic will remain sidelined Monday. He's without a clear timetable for a return to action.
Thomas Sorber — Out
It appeared earlier Monday on the Thunder's injury report that Sorber was ready to make his season debut, but it was a clerical error. Sorber's return timeline remains in the dark due to offseason knee surgery.
Cason Wallace — Out
The injury being labeled as shoulder soreness for Wallace, who left Sunday's game against the Clippers early. Jared McCain and Ajay Mitchell figure to see expanded roles with Wallace out, while Alex Caruso is also in the mix for more playing time.
Chet Holmgren — Out
The star big man is sitting out the second part of this back-to-back set. Jaylin Williams and Kenrich Williams should help pick up the slack at power forward for the Thunder on Monday, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander likely soaking up all the usage he can handle.
Jalen Williams — Out
Williams suffered a gruesome left ankle injury after crashing to the floor on a drive to the rim, resulting in him being taken off on a stretcher. A devastating development for the star guard, who is coming off an injury-plagued campaign in 2025-26. A considerable layoff seems imminent for Williams, likely leaving minutes for Jared McCain, Ajay Mitchell, Alex Caruso and Kenrich Williams to absorb.
Jaylin Williams — Out
The Thunder will be shorthanded in the frontcourt for the rest of the game since Williams sees plenty of minutes as Isaiah Hartenstein's backup at center. He went scoreless (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and didn't record a single stat in five minutes. His status should be considered questionable for the second half of the back-to-back set Monday against the Suns.
Otega Oweh — Out
Oweh, a rookie second-round pick, was set to be a two-way player for Oklahoma City but suffered a ruptured right Achilles tendon in a preseason game, which will sideline him for the entire 2026-27 campaign. Following a long road to recovery, Oweh might have to settle for an Exhibit 10 deal next summer.
Nikola Topic — Out
Topic is out again Thursday, as expected. He doesn't have a definitive return date, so he should be considered week-to-week.
Thomas Sorber — Out
Sorber is still working his way back from offseason knee surgery and remains without a firm return date. He should be considered week-to-week until there is a more definitive update.
Thomas Sorber — Out
Sorber remains without a definitive timeline for his season debut following offseason knee surgery. Once cleared to play, he's expected to operate as frontcourt depth for Oklahoma City.
Nikola Topic — Out
Topic lacks a concrete timetable for his season debut due to offseason back surgery. He's set to serve as backcourt depth once healthy for the Thunder.
