Travis Hunter — Active

The two-way player is beginning to flash the talent that made him the second overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Hunter's receiving numbers were by far a season high -- he had only two catches coming into Sunday -- and his day on offense was capped by a seven-yard touchdown reception from Trevor Lawrence in the fourth quarter that brought the Jaguars to within a field goal at 31-28. Hunter then made an impact on the very next possession, picking off a C.J. Stroud pass in the end zone with just under four minutes left on the clock to keep his team in the game. The touchdown and interception were each the second of his career in his 13th NFL game, and Hunter became the first player since 2002 to have one of each in the same game. Jacksonville's receiver room is crowded with Parker Washington, Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas at the top of the depth chart, but head coach Liam Coen hinted after the game that Hunter's role on offense could continue to grow following the team's Week 7 bye, per CBS 47 Jacksonville.

Travis Hunter — Active

After not getting any run on offense in the Jaguars' Week 4 win over the Bengals, Hunter ended up taking the field for six of 72 snaps in Week 5 and was able to come away with his second reception of the season. The two-way player continues to see the overwhelming amount of his playing time on defense, where he was on the field for all 62 snaps. Expect the Jaguars continue to use Hunter almost exclusively at cornerback while sprinkling him into the offensive game plan only occasionally.

Travis Hunter — Active

After snagging his first NFL interception against the Patriots in Week 3, Hunter demonstrated his defensive prowess in Week 4 with two pass defenses. Notably, for the first time this season, the 2025 second-overall pick did not play a single snap on offense. It appears the Jaguars are comfortable with rookie Josh Cameron serving as the depth wideout behind Parker Washington, Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas, so Hunter's playing time figures to be limited to defense. Hunter has 13 tackles (nine solo) and four pass defenses (including one interception) through the first four games of the regular season.

Travis Hunter — Active

He failed to see a target in the passing game for the second straight week and is clearly not in the team's plans on that side of the ball with everyone healthy at wideout. Hunter would likely need one or even two injuries ahead of him on the depth chart to see significant snaps on offense. On defense against New England, Hunter logged four tackles (three solo) and one pass breakup, including his first career regular-season interception.
