Keaton Mitchell — Active
Week 6 was the lowest usage Mitchell has seen this season, and his 17 snaps on offense were third most among Chargers running backs behind Omarion Hampton (34) and Kimani Vidal (25). Through six regular-season games, Mitchell has turned 35 carries into 139 yards and added 12 catches (on 15 targets) for 52 yards and a score, but it's hard to put much trust into any of the Chargers' skill-position players given the team's poor start to the season. Perhaps the Week 7 bye will help the Chargers right the ship, with their next game taking place in Week 8 against the Rams on Sunday, Nov. 1.
Keaton Mitchell — Active
From scrimmage, Sunday was Mitchell's least productive game since Week 1, when he played just 17 offensive snaps. His nine touches in Week 5 tied with 2024 sixth-rounder Kimani Vidal, who managed 56 yards and a touchdown by comparison. Both were outpaced in the touches department by starter Omarion Hampton (15), though both Vidal and Mitchell should continue to be somewhat involved until Hampton is able to demonstrate some explosiveness out of the backfield.
Keaton Mitchell — Active
Mitchell surprisingly led the Chargers backfield in touches with 15, ahead of Omarion Hampton's 11 and Kimani Vidal's seven, but unlike his position mates he didn't reach the end zone. Because Mitchell's touch count has increased in each successive week this season, he's trending in a positive direction, but until one of the trio is handling most of the RB reps, it'll be difficult to trust any of them for fantasy purposes on a weekly basis. He next takes the field next Sunday against the Broncos.
Keaton Mitchell — Active
After being limited Wednesday and Thursday and wearing a walking boot earlier in the week, Mitchell's good to go against Seattle. At less than 100 percent and facing a stout defense, Mitchell is tough to get behind for fantasy lineups, even after he closed the snaps and touches gap on Omarion Hampton in last Sunday's loss to the Bills. Neither is an overly exciting Week 4 fantasy bet.

Keaton Mitchell — Questionable
For the second day in a row, Mitchell had his reps capped while he manages a left ankle injury. So long as he doesn't take a step back in activity during the Chargers' final practice of the week Friday, Mitchell should still be on track to suit up Sunday against the Seahawks. Through the team's first three games, Mitchell has carried 17 times for 85 yards (5.0 YPC) while adding four receptions for 10 yards and a touchdown in a complementary role behind lead back Omarion Hampton.
Keaton Mitchell — Questionable
Mitchell was spotted with a walking boot on his left leg, and the Chargers updated their injury report to reflect the running back as limited Wednesday. He may have suffered the left ankle injury during Wednesday's session, but he didn't express much concern about the injury, and the running back will have two more chances this week to log a full practice before Sunday's matchup with the Seahawks. If Mitchell is unavailable for Week 4, Kimani Vidal would serve as the top reserve option behind starter Omarion Hampton.
