Ed Oliver — Questionable
Oliver missed both games of the team's West Coast road trip prior to the Week 7 bye, and the Bills certainly felt it by giving up 64 points over those two games. His presence, should he be able to return for Week 8, would go a long way in trying to slow down a Ravens offense that expects to get Lamar Jackson back this week.
Ed Oliver — Out
Oliver will miss a second consecutive game due to the knee injury he sustained during the Bills' Week 4 loss to the Patriots. The defensive tackle will once again be replaced by a mixture of Greg Gaines, DeWayne Carter and T.J. Sanders.
Ed Oliver — Questionable
Oliver opened the week with consecutive DNPs before logging a limited practice Friday, which was enough for the veteran defensive lineman to be tagged as questionable. If Oliver is ruled out for a third straight game, then Greg Gaines and DeWayne Carter would once again step into larger roles on the Bills' defensive line.
Ed Oliver — Questionable
Oliver hasn't practiced since sustaining the knee injury in the Bills' Week 4 loss to the Patriots. The Bills have a bye coming up Week 7, so it wouldn't be surprising if Oliver ended up missing a second straight game this Sunday against the Raiders in order to get extra time to heal up from his knee injury.
Ed Oliver — Out
The veteran defensive lineman will miss his second game of the season, this time due to a knee injury that he picked up during the Bills' Week 4 loss to the Patriots. DeWayne Carter and Greg Gaines should both see more defensive snaps in the absence of Oliver, whose next chance to play is Week 6 against the Raiders on Sunday, Oct. 18.
Ed Oliver — Questionable
Per Lysowski, coach Joe Brady said Thursday that the knee injury Oliver suffered during Sunday's game versus the Patriots is not believed to be a long-term issue. Still, his activity at practice will be worth monitoring as the Bills continue to prepare for a Week 5 matchup against the Rams on Monday.
Ed Oliver — Questionable
With Oliver being evaluated by medical staff and T.J. Sanders (appendix) inactive, the Bills will lean more heavily on DeWayne Carter, Landon Jackson and Greg Gaines on defense.
Ed Oliver — Active
Oliver didn't play in the Week 2 win over Detroit due to a hip injury. However, despite carrying a questionable tag for the Week 3 meeting with the Chargers, the veteran will be back on the field, likely resulting in less work for DeWayne Carter.
