Injury & Status History

Justin Herbert — Active
Herbert continued to struggle but once again got little help from his teammates. Top wide receiver Ladd McConkey (concussion) exited early, and the Chargers couldn't generate much on the ground, as Herbert led the team in rushing yards. Herbert was held without a touchdown for the first time this season after throwing exactly one touchdown pass in each of the previous five games. The 0-6 Chargers are the first team to six losses this season, as the Titans notched their first win of the season over the Colts on Sunday to improve to 1-5, while the winless Dolphins were on bye. Herbert will be on bye in Week 7 before his next opportunity to snap this season-opening losing streak in a nominal road game against the Rams in Week 8.
Justin Herbert — Active
Herbert's season-low number of pass attempts amounted to by far his lowest yardage total through the air through five contests this season. He also turned over the ball two times, which resulted in two late made field goals for Denver (matching the margin of defeat) and bringing his total on the campaign to nine (seven INTs, two lost fumbles). Granted, Herbert was working without WR Quentin Johnston (chest, inactive), while Ladd McConkey (foot) was active but doesn't appear to have played a snap, so the deck was stacked against him versus a tough defense. Herbert's next chance to get right is next Sunday versus the 4-0 Chiefs.
Justin Herbert — Active
Herbert's three turnovers led directly to seven points for the Seahawks -- i.e., L.A.'s margin of defeat -- and he didn't reach the 200-yard threshold through the air for the second time in four contests this season. Having Ladd McConkey at less than 100 percent didn't help matters, and the team's top wide receiver appeared to aggravate an existing foot injury in the second half and didn't return to action. Herbert boasts just four touchdown passes versus six interceptions in 2026, and he may find it difficult to achieve his first win of the campaign next Sunday against the Broncos.
Justin Herbert — Active
Herbert finished with some serviceable numbers, but his play-to-play consistency lacked at times in a tough road environment. The 2020 first-round pick connected with a relatively narrow pool of six targets, and his one touchdown throw came via a shovel pass to Keaton Mitchell to cap off the opening drive of the game. Herbert also saw what was originally ruled a lost fumble returned for a touchdown reversed just before the two-minute warning, and through three games, he's completed only 59.1 percent of his passes while mustering a 3:4 TD:INT during an alarmingly winless start to the season for the Chargers. Herbert and his teammates draw a second straight unenviable assignment in Week 4, as they travel to face the defending champion Seahawks next Sunday afternoon.
